Easy recipe to stay hydrated.
Ingredients
Organic lemons
Organic cucumbers
16 oz of spring water
Baking Soda (1 Tbsp)
Mint (optional)
Instructions
Soak organic fruits/vegetables in water with baking soda 12-15 mins.
Wash off fruits/vegetables.
Add lemon and cucumber to pitcher. Add water (I used Spring Water)
Add Mint for additional flavor.
Refrigerate/infuse 1 to 4 hours.
Serve in your favorite cup.
