Cucumber Water Recipe for Healthy Lifestyle

Easy recipe to stay hydrated.


Ingredients
  • Organic lemons

  • Organic cucumbers

  • 16 oz of spring water

  • Baking Soda (1 Tbsp)

  • Mint (optional)

Instructions
  • Soak organic fruits/vegetables in water with baking soda 12-15 mins.

  • Wash off fruits/vegetables.

  • Add lemon and cucumber to pitcher. Add water (I used Spring Water)

  • Add Mint for additional flavor.

  • Refrigerate/infuse 1 to 4 hours.

  • Serve in your favorite cup.
