Steamed Salmon

Salmon with good helpings of fresh ginger, garlic, Chinese 5 spice, few drops sesame oil wrapped in foil or parchment paper and 2tbsp or so water. Top with butter and Dill. 325 or 350 Degrees for 12-15 min depending on how big the piece is. Recommend to cut into individual portions before wrapping to ensure even/consistent cooking time. This also works for cod or whitefish.
